I slowly unfolded the small white piece of paper sticking out as i bit into my fortune cookie at panda restaurant...i was figuring out wadda hell it means man...my initial guess wud be like most pple...in ur 20s the will and determination burns together with your youthful zeal...doing what ever you want...living ur life to the fullest and not giving a damn to the outside world...as you approach ur 30s, u r mentally more matured coupled with a greater degree of life experience to exercise your wisdom in whatever you are doing...then come 40, the judgement?? wad judgement? NF quickly reminded me of judgement day...DAMADE...cursing me to die at 40 issit... kan be wad...issn't this suppose to be a fortune cookie??

Confused...i quickly set out to do some research online as soon as i get back frm panda...found out that the quote was made by Benjamin Franklin (remembered that guy and his famous kite experiment to discover whether lightning is an electrical phenomenon)...and it was actually a quote he sent to his friend during his 40th birthday...he kan be cursing his frien on his birthday rite...but juz kan find wad it means by judgement...any engrish powderful pple can help out der? haha...aiyah i also not that serious abt it ...take it with a pinch of salt only lah...but still ANYONE KNOWS WAD IT MEANS ANOT AH??!?

Had a great morning training for sea dragon with nicole my trainer at the sea dragon today...totally wad i expected...so damn easy to operate...load pple and say "Welcome...enjoy your ride!" den ensure that the lap bars are down...press automated welcome msg button...press foot pedal den press start ...near the end of the ride (which last 2 min)...press the automated exit msg button and den lift up safety catch and den unload...straightforward...no questions asked..one good thing nicole say dun have to clean up the puke aft that...wah i can tell u the viking boat can swing until damn freaking high lah...definitely higher than the one at east coast...these ang mohs sure know how to have fun man

muz say abit abt my super friendly and nice trainer nicole...she's so hyperactive and sunny despite her stubbed toe wrapped up in bandage...really a typical kickass all american girl...really muz thank her for giving me such a detailed training on sea dragon today...hope i dun disappoint her for the nxt 2-3 wks or so...esp tml...dun wanna some american kid flying out frm the boat on my 1st day of work...touchwood!! better dun let me be the one that break moreys proud safety record...accident free this summer!!

took a solo walk down boardwalk aft passing the written test "with flying colours" (in the words of nicole)...totally at ease with the culture here...friendly joggers and cyclists greeting u morning really makes a diff to ur day...paused to take a good look at the vast atlantic...seagulls flying...the cool morning winds...the tractors getting the sun ready for the summer becachgoers...shiok shiok...exactly the picture i have been painting for the past 6 mths...sweet lovely nice...i could barely control my urge to shout out loud "wah lau eh...jing jia SHIOK ah"...heng never shout...few minutes later saw the beach patrol car comin my way...prob wud have ended up taking some intense neuroactivity tests to guage my psychotic condition in guantanamo bay rite now...den put 2 susas in my room to freak me out and den when i unconscious...kick my arse back to s'pore...deflowered, insulted, humiliated and disgraced...worst case scenario one can ever imagine

had a bit of technical difficulty in the aftnoon...could not log on to the net for a good whole 2 hours...pissed off like siao...feel totally paralysed without the internet here...has become totally dependent on the net lately esp when my blogging career has juz started to take flight...dulan went to sleep and hoping when i wake up can connect again..true enuff it did...wah lau really hate scenarios like these...juz feel so helpless...feel even further away frm family and friens...the power of internet!

dinner was done at panda restaurant...a full chinese restaurant down pacific ave...with full fledged oriental waitresses waiting to take ur orders...my goodness they are hot and best they come in pairs as both are undeniably sisters...wah kan believe can find such exotic oriental beauty ermm food in this outback American town...a shrewd business woman to add for her age...gave us discount aft seeing how happy our faces were and surely every signs of coming back...even more so with this discount...

Appetizing Beef with Brocoli fried rice...an exotic find in this neighbourhood...finished every grain of it in no time

Bicep curls training in progress...not contented with a potful of water...ken went for a bucketful...look at those abs...tsk tsk...btw anyone knows the men's health editor?
